2025 Impact Report

 In 2025, we launched the Grace Mobile Closet, providing families with free medical supplies and durable medical equipment—delivered directly to their homes.

Through this program, we:

• Assisted over 50 families
   
• Delivered 500+ medical supply items
   
• Accepted and redistributed donated equipment to keep resources circulating within our local community
   

We expanded the Butterfly Exchange, providing specialized adaptive equipment to families in need.

• Supported 2 families
   
• Saved each family over $1,750 in out-of-pocket costs by lending equipment rather than purchasing new
   

In 2025, we:

• Successfully advocated for a family to receive $4,200 in reimbursement for a wheelchair ramp installed in 2021
   
• Helped a local community member maintain her independence by funding a brand-new wheelchair
   
• Supported families through healthcare advocacy by:
  
  
  • Challenging incomplete or insufficient genetic testing
     
  • Assisting families in obtaining safety beds, wheelchairs, and adaptive car seats through advocacy, referrals, and education
     

• Hosted our first Holiday Paint & Sip Fundraiser, raising $411, which directly supported a local family
   
• Sponsored that family with:
  
  
  • A Thanksgiving meal basket
     
  • A Christmas meal basket
     
  • A special visit from Santa, complete with gifts
     
• Participated as a vendor at our first community resource fair, connecting families with local supports
   
• Began collaborating with local school districts to share disability resources that were previously unknown or underutilized
   

And perhaps most importantly—we listened.

We showed up.

We walked alongside families during some of their hardest moments.

This foundation may be small, but the impact is real—and this is only the beginning.
