Kira's Grace Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is currently pending IRS approval for 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt status.
Any donations made prior to approval may not be considered tax-deductible. Once approved, the effective date of exemption may be retroactive to the date of incorporation. Donors will be notified if and when tax-deductible receipts can be reissued retroactively.
